FieldGenius is a modern surveying data collection and computations program that can be run on Android or Windows and connects with a wide range of GNSS and Total Station surveying sensors.

This course is designed to introduce the user to core topics, including:

• Connecting to a robotic and non-robotic total station
• Managing scale factors in a georeferenced data set
• Connecting to and controlling a total station
• Occupation and resection
• Selecting appropriate measure modes depending on requirements
• Performing total station observations using a variety of measurement modes
• Transforming measurements to fit the cadastral fabric
• Exporting results
